Shipping policy

Production times (the time between the placement of your order and the times it is shipped to you:

Items without customization: 5 business days

Customized clothing, blankets, and accessories: 14 business days

Drapes, stall accessories and drape sets: 4-6 weeks depending on the degree of customization

Shipping time depends on carrier and service selected. Once the item leaves our hands, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to carrier mishandling, theft, or carrier delays.
